Faces tell everything
I think, the face is a picture of the mind with the eyes as its interpreter.
There was this moment when I started painting faces to portray absurd episodes of my life. As soon as I am confronted with a situation that catches my attention and my cynical interpretation, I start painting, not being too sure about the outcome from the beginning on. My faces develop the further I dive into the topic.
