Positive Constructivism
My visual language consists of shapes and colors. I use simple shapes of different materials that intermingle with color to leave a positive emotional impact on the spectator.
I want to echo the beauty of abstract geometric forms onto the ideas of social change and the ability to feel and see what the personal inner self opens to different individuals. My organized layers characterize different compositions and arrangements, whereas at the same time I want to withdraw from orthodox shapes. Here the following questions are essential to me: “Is a circle something round?” “ Is a line a straight line?”
Mankind’s perception and observation are fallible. Our constructions are therefore imperfect.
Nevertheless, it is the spectators’ freedom to create an emotional and intellectual manifestation on the unique awareness and interpretation of the beauty of art.
